Now, if you look at their website you might have a hard time believing this because the content on their site does seem to have a breakdown in some minor parts of the English language, but nothing that you can't understand. We didn't experience any language barrier issues or anything like that. We also found from our experience that the communication with the company was pretty easy. The box was dinged up a little, but everything inside of the box was well protected and we didn't have any problems with the actual camera. It appeared to come directly to the US from China.
